Craig Park: Principal
Craig Park has twenty-five years of global experience leading and advising companies ranging in size from start-ups to multinational regions.
Specific areas of expertise include Strategy Development & Implementation, Company Leadership, Sales and Revenue Development, Market Development, Marketing, Financial Modeling, Manufacturing, Growth Paths, Operational Excellence, Management Coaching and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Craig’s global experience spans the Consumer Products, Business-to-Business, Institutional, Wholesale, Commodity and Non-Profit sectors at Executive and Board level.
Prior to forming Park Strategy LLC, Craig was President, CEO and foundational shareholder of two entrepreneurial ventures in the food and online sectors. Earlier in his career, Craig was an executive in two food industry multinationals – Fonterra and AVEBE – both global leaders in their sectors. Craig was President of AVEBE North America Region with added responsibility for AVEBE South America food ingredients. Prior to this, he was an executive in Asia for 12 years, with functions including Market Development Manager, China for Fonterra and Commercial Director, Asia Pacific for AVEBE, becoming the youngest leader of AVEBE’s largest ($100 million+) revenue division.
A biochemist by training, Craig developed food products technical expertise via R&D and technical sales functions early in his career. He has strong cross-cultural skills from international roles and specific expertise in human capital development.
Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys, traveling and staying fit. He has competed in multi-sport adventure races and triathlons and is an avid motorsport enthusiast.

Michael Hanning: Consultant
Michael Hanning has over 25 years of experience in directing both sales and marketing teams and managing business operations for diverse industries globally.
Michael’s success has encompassed senior management positions both within and outside the US with roles in Australia, New Zealand and Japan for companies ranging in size from start-ups to large multinationals.
Michael’s core area of expertise revolves around strategy development & implementation, sales optimization and revenue development, market development, developing and managing strategic partnerships, sales team development along with distribution and marketing channels.
Michael’s industry expertise lies in GPS tracking and visualization technology and platforms, sports apparel, sports technology (real-time video analysis) and the security and surveillance sector. In his career, Michael has focused on carefully cultivating networks of key industry influencers and channels in these industries globally, effectively providing clients additional opportunities for growth. Michael’s efforts were rewarded when he received the Chairman’s Award for “Fostering Innovation through Collaboration” at the 2013 Global Security Summit by the Security Network.
As a successful athlete and now active outdoor sports enthusiast, Michael combines his passion for outdoors with an equal passion for his family.
